The JW
"The JW." This instrument was custom created for Joseph, PA, who served honorably in the United States Air Force and is a Vietnam War Veteran. This guitar features original woodburned and handpainted artwork (including a portrait of his dog, "Tully" on the back), handcarved headstock, bridge saddle, tailpiece, and neck heel. Also present are a handcrafted highly figured flamed maple neck, abalone inlays, handcrafted control and jack plates, bone nut and bridge, and a chrome mini humbucker. Special thanks to David Gilson Sr. for his wonderful craftsmanship of the custom commemorative Vietnam Veteran knobs adorning the controls. To all veterans of our armed forces who have bravely put their lives in harm's way, thank you for your sacrifices and your service.
